 Concrete And Driveway Sealing

Roof Moss Removal And Spray Treatment

  Honor Home Maintenance can eliminate the  moss that grows on your asphalt roof. Our effective moss removal procedure can prevent roof repairs and in some cases roof replacement. We will remove the moss the traditional way, using roofing brooms. A thorough roof sweep with the right technique might make your roof like new again. We don't pressure wash any asphalt roofs because it will lift up the shingles and break the seal. Also it will remove the  granules on the shingles, which will wear out your roof quickly . It is not common to pressure wash any cedar shake roofs because the cedar shake becomes slippery then ice when wet, unless its brand new roof. If you have a concrete or tile roof we can do a roof sweep.  Our experienced team will safely and effectively  remove moss buildup from your asphalt, concrete or tile roof.  Then our procedure is to apply spray treatment, to control the moss from spreading.  In most cases asphalt roofs are good for 25 years.
