What areas do you serve in the Okanagan?
We service West Kelowna. Westbank, Glenrosa, Kelowna, Dilworth, Downtown, Rutland, The Upper and Lower Mission, Lake Country, Peachland, Vernon. We also service the North Okanagan upon request. Out of town residents contact us for more information.
Are estimates free and do I have to be home for the quote?
Yes, estimates are free of charge for all our clients, We prefer to meet onsite with the customer, to chat about the scope of the work. Honor Home Maintenance can deliver estimates in minutes.
Are the prices competitive?
Yes, they are. We will do our best to do an accurate quote. If a potential customer decides to receive multiple quotes from our well known competitors, we cannot compare apples to oranges. Our current estimator is the founder of Honor Home Maintenance and he will probably give you a good price and have the original quote amended, that is if his quote was higher than the opposition. Do you offer any discounts or promotions for recurring services?
Yes, we offer discounts for clients who schedule regular window cleaning and gutter cleaning appointments with us. Contact us for more information and we will be more than happy to assist you.
How often should I have my windows professionally cleaned?
We suggest having your windows cleaned at least twice a year to maintain their appearance and curb appeal. When windows are not cleaned on a regular bases hard water stains can build up and damage your windows. After we professionally clean your windows, we will ensure you are satisfied with the work.
How far in advance should I book an appointment for your services?
We suggest all booking should be confirmed one week prior to arrival. Contact us in advance to reserve your day of service.
Do I need to be home while the team is working at my home?
It is not necessary for you to be home when were working , as long as our team has access to any locked gates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and bank e- transfers for our services. We will accept credit cards in the future.
